When I read the quote, “Disruption. It’s already happened, so let’s now figure out how to prosper from it,” from top entertainment lawyer Tom Ara, I was taken by it on several levels.
Change and disruption are a constant. Understanding and accepting those realities liberates one to then navigate them.
Those disruptions can be on a grand scale (streaming, subscription) or on a person level (change of circumstances).
Acceptance of the realities of those disruptions allows us to focus on how to figure out how to prosper from them.
LIVE LONG AND PROSPER
I love the word “prosper.” It is soaking with success and growth and health.
And prosperity is a mindset. It is tied to love and abundance instead of fear and lack.
HOW TO HARNESS DISRUPTION INTO PROSPERITY
Analog music was heavily disrupted by digital. Entire industries were formed around harnessing that digital revolution. And a storm of individuals created opportunities for themselves based on those changes.
Those embracing those disruptions found ways to ride them for their own success and growth. (And that includes those who found specialized markets for those who specifically still desired analog).
PERSONAL DISRUPTION
Life circumstances are in constant change. Some are highly disruptive. Health, relationships, finances, family, emergencies, location and age are among life’s great disrupters.
And understanding those very factors allows one to modify their previous paradigms to draw up new game plans towards prosperity.
MOVING FORWARD
Every day brings great change and great opportunities.
